Pay pal is the online business which only deals with sending of the money and receiving,deals with the transactions and the payments online without moving from one place to another.Many are secured to use because they dont trust it and they dont want to loose the money they are sending to somebody to another place.The paypal scams nigeria are reported on the increase and is one of the country that deals with the fake money.Its known for the illegal and dirty deals which can go to the extend of causing someones life.The online scams are interfering and messing with the peoples accounts.They act as the owner of money which is send and they receive the money using the fake documents.They get to block the accounts such that people dont receive nor do they get to send the money.They are know to hack the accounts till they get the passwords of the accounts and they can withdraw the money.Its the country known for preparing the illegal documents and they steal from the people using the same documents.
