The Lengths Employers Will Go To Get A Good Employer In Their Firms

I have been a business owner for very many years, and in those years, I have come to see the lengths employers go to attain the best people to work for them. There is this one time I needed marketers. I overheard chatter that there was this guy who was an excellent marketer. So I dug up information about him and I liked what I saw. So I offered him a job and at the same time another firm offered him a job too with a better deal than mine. So I sweetened the deal I had offered him and the other business man did the same too. I decided to dig in to his personal life and the status of his current job and I knew what I was going to do. I had gotten group benefits for my employees from an employee benefits agency. The health insurance offered by the employee benefit agency included both dental and vision benefits. The firm the brilliant marketer worked in offered the same employee group benefit so I decided to get him a personal health insurance cover to his liking. When I offered him that option he readily, took the job and despite the fact I spent a lot on him pertaining his insurance cover, he brought a lot of money in with his skills so it was not a big loss
