No one should be blamed for such happenings

Parents usually have a problem bringing up special children this is because they need attention and care all through. There is no time that they should be left alone, because their minds do not function well like those of other normal children. There are certain parental rights in special education which should not be taken lightly, because people have a tendency of putting the blame on parents whenever the child is not progressing in school. A parent is one person who tries their best to see that their child is growing and developing well and also responding to treatment this is their joy. Special education is not easy and there has to be patience and room to accept disappointments because you are never too sure of the outcome if you just hold on a little longer. If others could stop placing the blame on parents and join hands in making special education easier and less stressful, then probably the children could start responding faster to their studies and even learning to accept themselves as they are.
