How I Took Care of My Health During Pregnancy

When I was carrying my second baby, I was suffering from the trouble of vomiting which became so severe that it affected the growth of the baby. Finally, I ended up in losing my baby at the end of six months. So, when I became pregnant after one year of this happening, I took much more care to maintain my health right from the beginning.

My brother, who's a real fitness fanatic who does weight training and triathalons advised me on my diet. While he takes supplements such as Whey protein for his training, he advised me to eat simply and eat well: that included fruits and veggies and folic acid.

I drank fruit juices to prevent me from being dehydrated and followed the advice of the doctor strictly. But at the beginning of seven months, there were the symptoms of diabetes and I was very much afraid. Then I avoided all junk foods, sweets and starchy items altogether. The doctor said that there is no need to worry about it as it would get cured after delivery. In the same manner, after I delivered my son, I was perfectly alright to my complete relief. I haven't been troubled by diabetes since then.
