I enjoy spending a night at the end of the week till closing time on the eightieth floor with El Diablo after El Diablo in my hand, munching on nuts, watching the blinking and flickering lights of the city and the skyscrapers of the city outside and the people dancing, laughing, talking, kissing in the dark inside. This is where my friends have found partners to dance and kiss with and where I have recently found myself taking a loved one to share similar special, quiet, intimate moments still with my favourite drink on one of those night-glo coasters - the El Diablo. Some things change, some things do not. A woman starts to pick up the microphone and is now making an announcement about how she is dedicating the song she is about to sing to all her friends who have come to the rooftop bar tonight. The music plays, she starts to sing, we look at each other, both thinking that it is time for us to move on and away. |

I have never gotten used to Halloween pranks that both children and adults play on me. This is because I do not even like Halloween because it is a very creepy and horrifying holiday, I am always puzzled by the fact that people actually enjoy this terrifying holiday and most people look forward to it and even have parties to celebrate and scare people like me even more. In work place, most of my workmates brainstorm for Halloween Party ideas, if you were to ask me, they looking for ways to make the day even more scary. They even come to work wearing their Halloween costumes something I consider to be very unprofessional. If I was looking for Party ideas for a Halloween party I would choose a theme that did not include skeleton costumes and bloody attire, idea taken from a horror movie. I would choose a Hollywood theme, whereby you assume the personality of your favorite Hollywood star, and come representing that person. Now that is a good idea for a Halloween party because it would be a glamorous Halloween party. |

A degree in business management should readily get Marie employed by several establishments right? But she said that is not always the case, since she is a fresh graduate not a single company she has applied to would hire her. She said that almost all companies are looking for applicants with at least one year experience something she just does not have. Desperate to land a job she sent her application letter and resume to this advertisement on the newspaper looking for uk outside caterer. The requirement was that each applicant must have a bachelors degree on any course and experience is not necessary. This job might be out of her scope if you think about her degree but with an economy like this she said she does not have the right to be very picky. Allie told her that most likely her job if she gets hired would be to serve food and drinks at any even the company would be catering too and that she will be wearing one of those white uniforms and black aprons like those in the movies. |
