All consumers have their rights which should be respected and not violated. Everyone is a consumer, as long as you are buying something to use either by eating it, selling it or whatever reason that you want to you are still a consumer and so whatever place that you do your exchange of money and an item then they should treat you in the right way. You know they say a customer is always right and this means that whatever a consumer demands to be done then it should be so otherwise you as the seller you will end up incurring losses in your business because you are not creating a good reputation to your customers. There are several consumer policy that deal with issues relating to the consumers. They listen to the consumer complaints and then they try and solve them out. According to the consumer policy, the law dictates very clearly that if a consumer gets a defective item then they have a right to return it back where they bought it. Not many sellers follow this law and so harsh actions are taken against them.
